Strategic Key Account Manager - DACH
The Strategic Key Account Manager role at Alpega involves managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients in the DACH region. Key responsibilities include developing multi-year account plans with clear growth trajectories, cross-selling opportunities, and expansion milestones. The role requires analyzing customer business models and logistics processes to identify areas where Alpega can create quantifiable impact. Additionally, the manager will act as the primary trusted advisor for senior and C-level stakeholders, leading the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification to value articulation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess local language skills relevant to the assigned region, with English as the internal business language. A good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is essential, along with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales or account management.
