Strategic Projects Lead (Legal)

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Founding Strategic Projects Lead (Legal) to own Paraform’s most complex and highest-impact customer engagements in Legal — and to sit at the center of how the marketplace scales.
Paraform’s customer base is growing rapidly, and Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) are Paraform’s essential operators: connecting the work of sales, supply, product, engineering, and operations to deliver customer outcomes and drive revenue. In this seat, you’ll partner closely with founders, executives, and senior talent leaders to solve their most critical business problem: building world-class teams, fast.
This role is specifically focused on our Legal recruiting vertical. We launched Legal three months ago and already work with many of the Am Law 100 plus top boutiques across the U.S. You’ll work tightly with Paraform’s executive leadership team to scale Legal from $1M to $10M+ and establish Paraform as the go-to solution for legal hiring.
