The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven success managing individual sellers in a market-leading SaaS business with strategic customers. They should possess strong leadership abilities to attract and manage top talent, excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts concisely, and a self-starter attitude with a focus on immediate actions and results. Experience in forecasting deals and a willingness to continuously improve are also essential.
