Support Associate (English speaking)

Wolt is seeking both part-time and full-time English-speaking Support Associates to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers, courier partners, and merchants have a seamless and positive experience with our platform. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a rapidly growing technology company.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, courier partners, and merchants via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and collaborating with various teams to address and resolve any issues that may arise. You will be expected to communicate effectively in English, providing prompt and personalized support to enhance user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and possesses a proactive, can-do attitude. You should be a fast learner, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), is essential. Additionally, candidates must have the right to work in Hungary and be located in Budapest, as the role requires working fully from the office.
