Support Associate (German Speaking)
Wolt is seeking German-speaking Support Associates to join our dynamic team in Budapest. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery operations by assisting customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone interactions. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, making it ideal for students and professionals alike.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include providing real-time support to our users, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with team members to monitor and enhance delivery processes, ensuring efficient and reliable service. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous development of our support functions by working alongside various teams within Wolt.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset. You should be a quick learner, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are essential. Candidates must be available to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our support operates seven days a week from 9 AM to 1 AM. Applicants must have the right to work in Hungary and be able to work fully from our Budapest office.
