Support Associate (Hungarian speaking)

Wolt is seeking a Hungarian-speaking Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Budapest. As a leading technology company, Wolt specializes in delivering a wide range of products, from restaurant meals to everyday essentials, across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, restaurant partners, and couriers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Your primary tasks will include answering customer questions, coordinating with partner restaurants, and assisting couriers through our internal chat platform. Ensuring smooth delivery operations and providing exceptional service are key aspects of your daily responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, possesses excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

This role offers a competitive salary, with full-time employees earning a monthly gross salary of 460,000 HUF, plus shift allowances. Student employees receive an hourly wage of 2,150 HUF.
