Support Associate (Part-Time, Belgrade)

As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our dynamic support team in Belgrade, Serbia. Wolt is a technology company that started with restaurant food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to deliver almost everything across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, continuing our mission to bring joy and simplicity to neighborhoods worldwide.

In this role, you will support our customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations. You will also collaborate with the support team and other departments to develop and enhance our support functions.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Serbian and professional proficiency in English are required. The role involves working in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our support is available seven days a week. Students are welcome to apply.
