As a Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone interactions. You will play a key role in ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills with a friendly and personal approach. A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. The role requires the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, is necessary, as Wolt operates 24/7. Fluency in Georgian and professional working proficiency in English are required.
