Support Engineer - Tier1
Cato Networks is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer - Tier1 to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will provide technical support to our global customer base, taking ownership of issues from identification through resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting complex network problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxy servers. A minimum of one year of experience in a support engineering role within the networking or information systems security industry is required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, along with excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude.
