Systems Engineer (Electronic Warfare)

This role involves developing and integrating advanced EW capabilities into airborne platforms, ensuring mission-critical performance in contested environments.

As a Systems Engineer for Electronic Warfare, you will be responsible for designing and implementing EW systems, translating operational scenarios into system requirements, and managing the integration of multi-sensor fusion architectures. Your work will directly contribute to the development of AI-enabled electronic warfare capabilities for advanced fighter jets.

Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with experience in EW system design and integration for airborne platforms. Proficiency in multi-sensor fusion, including ESM/RWR, radar, EO/IR, and navigation systems, is essential. Familiarity with DO-178C and ARP4754 standards is advantageous.
