Operating remotely within Brazil, the analyst will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business partners to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with the company's objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines, analyzing recruitment metrics to identify and address bottlenecks, and ensuring compliance with global labor laws and internal standards. The role also involves leveraging advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to drive data-backed hiring decisions and integrating AI technologies to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and overall process efficiency.
Candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools are essential. A high familiarity with AI technologies in talent acquisition, fluency in English, and a resilient, people-first approach with a growth mindset are also required.
