Talent Acquisition Senior Associate
The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at WPP Media is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned roles and business areas. Key responsibilities include owning the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to define effective sourcing strategies, building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines aligned with business priorities, and managing candidate experience throughout all hiring stages. The Senior Associate is also tasked with monitoring pipeline health, identifying risks early, adjusting strategies as needed, maintaining strong stakeholder communication, ensuring high standards of data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in Talent Acquisition, demonstrating proven end-to-end recruiting experience. The role requires the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across different business areas or levels of complexity, strong communication and relationship-building skills, advanced English proficiency (C1), and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process discipline.
