Talent Acquisition Specialist (English and French speaker)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, fluent in both English and French, will join Wellhub's People team to support company-wide hiring across multiple regions. As part of a global HR organization, this role involves close interaction with diverse business units at Wellhub, a company focused on wellness and employee benefit solutions. This specialist will play a key part in driving the company’s mission by identifying top talent to help fuel Wellhub’s continued expansion.

On a day-to-day basis, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes. The role demands a proactive approach to candidate engagement, maintaining a strong pipeline of talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements. The specialist will champion an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring alignment with Wellhub’s values and hiring standards.

The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and fluency in both English and French is required.
