Talent Community Enterprise Account Executive (East)
Box is seeking a Talent Community Enterprise Account Executive for the East region to join its Enterprise Sales team. This role focuses on driving digital transformation for new customers and enhancing the engagement of existing clients with Box's Intelligent Content Management platform. The position is based in New York City and involves collaboration with senior sales leaders and a diverse customer base.
The primary responsibilities include sourcing and closing new business within the assigned enterprise territory. The role requires conducting thorough research to understand customer challenges and effectively presenting Box's value proposition. Managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success are also key aspects of the job. The position entails up to 50% travel.
Candidates should have over six years of successful sales experience, particularly in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS environments. A proven ability to learn new technologies, close complex deals, and develop new territories is essential. Experience in building relationships and selling to C-level executives is also required.
The compensation for this role ranges from $238,000 to $297,500 annually, depending on factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location. The position is also eligible for equity and benefits, including healthcare and additional perks.
