[Tan Phu,HCM] Customer Service Administrator

Eurofins is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will support the customer service team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a global leader in laboratory services, providing high-quality analytical testing across various industries.

Key responsibilities include managing manual turnaround time tasks on the eLIMs system to meet company KPIs, controlling project statuses and staff assignments, and sending daily report lists to ensure timely customer releases. You will also create invoice templates, handle subcontract submissions, coordinate purchasing processes in the COUPA system, upload reports, create client accounts in CRM, generate quotations in CONLIMS, and manage expense claims in Fast. Additionally, you will oversee the receipt and dispatch of final contracts and returned samples, monitor stationery usage, and support administrative tasks related to LEAN/5S or company procedures as required.

The ideal candidate has more than six months of experience in customer service or testing, with a college degree or higher. Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required. Strong skills in independent work, teamwork, and Microsoft Office are essential, and good communication abilities are advantageous.

Eurofins offers a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary ranging from VND 8,000,000 to VND 10,000,000.
