[Tan Phu, HCM] Invoicing Staff - Nhân viên xử lý hóa đơn

Eurofins is seeking an Invoicing Staff member to join our team in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City. As a global leader in testing services, Eurofins offers a dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing payment notices using approved templates and price lists, entering and validating service details in the company system, and sending payment notices to customers for confirmation. Additionally, you will coordinate with related teams to issue VAT e-invoices correctly and on time, maintain accurate billing records, and support queries from customers and internal teams regarding billing.

The ideal candidate holds a College or University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or relevant administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic English reading and writing skills, and a basic understanding of VAT/e-invoice flow in Vietnam are essential. Attention to detail, integrity with numbers, and good coordination skills are also required.
