Team Lead Ad Performance

AutoHero, an innovative online used car dealership and part of the AUTO1 Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to coordinate and optimize advertising performance activities. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and achievement of objectives.

As Team Lead, you will supervise, train, and motivate the team to meet daily and weekly targets. You will organize regular meetings to set goals, monitor progress, and address any challenges. Your responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing workflows to improve performance and achieve established KPIs, analyzing campaign results to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring data accuracy and proper process execution. You will serve as the liaison between the team and management, prepare performance reports, resolve bottlenecks, manage conflicts and operational issues within the team, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to operate effectively. Additionally, you will implement strategies and processes to enhance overall team performance.

The ideal candidate has prior experience, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or the automotive sector. You should possess excellent knowledge of KPIs, data analysis, and performance optimization. Strong communication and organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities are essential. You should be capable of motivating, training, and leading a team toward concrete objectives, with experience in process improvement and performance enhancement initiatives. Proficiency in Italian is required.
