Team Lead Java Engineer, Sales (f/m/x)

Key responsibilities include leading the team in delivering high-quality features within established timelines, fostering a positive team culture by supporting strong collaboration and continuously improving team processes, taking ownership of product stability and performance in the production environment, proactively addressing issues as they arise, communicating and working effectively with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals, and mentoring engineers by setting clear expectations and conducting performance management.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of professional experience in Java programming with Spring-based technologies, at least 2 years of leadership experience, experience in building a productive team environment by providing structured feedback and helping engineers achieve their goals, experience with microservices architecture, strong experience in building RESTful APIs and implementing asynchronous communication patterns, hands-on experience with Spring Boot, and experience with the AWS ecosystem is a plus.
