Team Lead Media (f/m/x)

As the Team Lead Media at AUTO1 Group, you will oversee the media marketing strategies for our consumer brands, including wirkaufendeinauto.de and Autohero, across multiple European markets. This role places you at the heart of our international marketing team, where you'll drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the budget and outcomes for both traditional and digital media marketing activities. You'll lead a diverse team of 5–6 professionals, guiding them through the planning, execution, and evaluation of performance-driven brand marketing campaigns across channels such as TV, YouTube, radio, and various offline platforms. Additionally, you'll leverage your industry network to identify and activate effective offline marketing opportunities that boost customer acquisition and brand awareness.

We are seeking candidates with over seven years of experience in designing and optimizing complex marketing campaigns, demonstrating measurable growth in dynamic environments. Proven leadership skills, particularly in managing high-performing teams, are essential. Expertise in the French or German media markets, advanced analytical abilities, and proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BigQuery are highly valued. Familiarity with advanced measurement methodologies and programmatic media buying will set you apart.
