Team Leader Customer Service
Eurofins is seeking a Team Leader for Customer Service to oversee and enhance client interactions within our organization. This role involves leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to our diverse clientele, ensuring seamless communication between customers and various internal departments. Eurofins is a global leader in testing and laboratory services, committed to delivering high-quality analytical services across multiple industries.
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via telephone and email, supporting Sales, Labs, and Project Management in client communications. Key duties include initiating laboratory cost estimations, monitoring deadlines, preparing and sending quotations and order confirmations, and arranging prepayments, invoices, and credit notes for various laboratory services. Additionally, the role involves maintaining ERP data, contributing to process improvements, sending test reports and certificates to clients, and assisting in telephone services as needed.
Candidates should have completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess at least three years of experience in a similar position. Essential qualifications include proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, fluent English and German (with French as an advantage), and strong analytical and structured thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also required.
