Team Leader

Eurofins Analyses pour le Bâtiment CEBAT, based in Dunkerque, specializes in analyzing building materials for pollutants such as asbestos, lead, and hydrocarbons. Key responsibilities include planning, supervising, and managing a team of approximately ten personnel, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. The role involves driving progress in safety, quality, production, and human resources, supporting team skill development, and enforcing hygiene and safety protocols. Additionally, the Team Leader will lead projects related to infrastructure, investments, and continuous improvement methodologies such as lean, 5S, and SMED.

Candidates should possess a higher education degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with proven experience in project management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, dynamic, and critically minded, demonstrating autonomy and adaptability. A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to unite the team toward common objectives, particularly in customer service, are essential.
