Team Leader - Organics

Eurofins is seeking a Team Leader for the Organics department at its Welshpool, Western Australia laboratory. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a globally recognized life sciences company specializing in analytical testing services across various industries.

The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating daily laboratory activities, ensuring timely analysis of samples, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Key duties include organizing worklists, conducting internal audits, overseeing equipment calibrations, liaising with Analytical Service Managers, troubleshooting instruments, training analysts, and assisting with method development.

Candidates should possess experience with GC P&T, GC-FID, GC-MS, and LC-MS techniques. A minimum of a Diploma in Science, Laboratory Techniques, or an equivalent qualification is required, along with relevant experience in an ISO17025 accredited laboratory. Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential.

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, with an additional 1.5% superannuation rate above the national standard.
