In this role, you will lead the Japan channel sales team, focusing on developing and reviewing annual and quarterly business plans with key partners. You will strengthen relationships at the management level with major partners and provide guidance and development to team members. Collaborating with other departments such as sales, business development, marketing, and customer success, you will propose and execute strategies to further expand the partner business in Japan. Additionally, you will analyze the partner business in Japan and implement appropriate proposals and guidance to maximize partner performance.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in partner sales within foreign IT companies and experience in managing a partner sales team. You should have a deep understanding of the Japanese partner ecosystem and a proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive partner business success. Familiarity with sales processes, operations, and purchasing cycles is essential, along with experience in enterprise software products, preferably SaaS. Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) is required, and being a Box user is a plus.
