In this role, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the department head, ensuring the achievement of ambitious targets. You will oversee the development, implementation, and management of efficient processes to guarantee smooth operations. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you will bridge communication between sales, dealers, and operational departments. Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, utilizing our ticketing system to maintain exceptional service standards. Additionally, you will manage CRM systems, maintain data accuracy, and provide regular reports directly to the Head of Operations.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong economic background with prior experience in team leadership. You should demonstrate self-reliance, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent analytical skills, particularly with spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets. Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication in this role.
