Eurofins Environment Testing Norway AS is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Sample Reception department at our Moss laboratory. As a key player in environmental analysis, Eurofins provides comprehensive testing services to ensure the safety and sustainability of our environment. The Sample Reception team is crucial in managing incoming samples, ensuring accurate registration and preparation for analysis.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, including planning staffing, leading and reprioritizing tasks as needed, and motivating the team towards continuous improvement. You will also handle personnel responsibilities and participate in the reception, registration, and preliminary processing of samples.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in team development and achieving excellent results. You should be structured, efficient, and proactive, with good collaboration skills and the flexibility to handle a high workload. Education in chemistry or microbiology, or experience in laboratory work, is advantageous. Proficiency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is essential.
