As the Team Leader for Spare Parts Warehouse and Cost Calculation at Autohero, you will oversee a team of approximately 10-15 professionals in Ketzin near Berlin. Autohero, an innovative online shop for certified used cars, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for automotive trade. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless reconditioning of premium vehicles within our production department.
Your primary responsibilities include leading the spare parts and cost calculation team to achieve departmental goals. You will actively participate in recruiting new team members and continuously develop your team's skills. Providing technical guidance, introducing new evaluation methods, and independently managing shift and capacity planning are key aspects of your daily work. Additionally, you will identify and implement improvements in warehouse organization and workplace design, conduct internal quality controls, and ensure workplace safety and compliance with occupational health regulations.
The ideal candidate possesses a technical or commercial education, preferably with a focus on the automotive sector, and has several years of leadership experience. A strong technical understanding and manual dexterity are essential, along with a structured and responsible work approach and enthusiasm for team leadership. Affinity for vehicle technology, workshop, and warehouse processes is important. Proficiency in German is required, with English skills being advantageous. Competence in using MS Office, Google applications, and tablets is also necessary.
