This role is for a Teamleiter Vertrieb / B2B Sales (d/m/w) within Auto1, a dynamic automotive tech company specializing in the digital transformation of car trading across Europe. You will actively coach your team on sales strategies, manage the acquisition and maintenance of business customer accounts, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze sales data, coordinate closely with other departments, and represent Auto1 externally to build strong business partnerships.
The role requires proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a leadership capacity, with a solid understanding of the automotive sector being advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams. Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, results orientation, and fluency in German and English.
