As a Team Leader in B2B Sales at you will oversee an Account Management team of 8–12 members, driving performance and development within Europe's leading automotive trading platform. is revolutionizing the B2B automotive market through streamlined processes and a robust digital infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities include leading and managing the team, developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to enhance B2B sales performance, and continuously analyzing and improving operational processes in daily business and inside sales. You will also set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets, conduct regular feedback sessions to foster team development, and collaborate closely with HR to recruit and onboard new team members.

The ideal candidate possesses substantial experience in telesales, preferably within the automotive sector, and has several years of leadership experience in sales or a highly communicative environment with proven success. Strong negotiation and communication skills, a high degree of empathy, entrepreneurial thinking, and an independent working style are essential. Analytical and process-oriented thinking to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales goals, along with proficiency in German and good English skills, are required. Familiarity with Google tools such as Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar is also necessary.

We offer an attractive fixed salary combined with a performance-based bonus model with significant upside potential. Our hybrid work model includes three days of remote work per week and two days in the office, with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
