Tech Lead Manager

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to join their Brooklyn, New York office. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic engineering team in developing high-quality software solutions that support the firm's mission.

As a Tech Lead Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a team of software engineers in the design and delivery of scalable systems using Python (FastAPI), React, and AWS. Your day-to-day activities will include leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and incremental delivery, as well as championing test-driven development and clean architecture practices. You will also mentor engineers, fostering a growth mindset through regular feedback and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead or staff-level role. Proficiency in Python, particularly with FastAPI or similar frameworks, and strong experience with React and front-end application architecture are essential. Experience with AWS and modern cloud-native architectures, as well as expertise in software testing, quality assurance, and CI/CD pipelines, are also required.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $200,000 to $210,000, plus bonus. In addition, Morgan & Morgan offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical coverage.
