Tulip is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its Customer Success team in Somerville, MA. This role involves providing strategic technical guidance to customers, driving the adoption of Tulip's no-code platform, and ensuring operational excellence through customer enablement and collaboration with internal teams. The position requires on-site presence three or more days per week in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing technical success plans for assigned accounts, offering expert guidance on Tulip platform architecture and integrations, leading technical discussions with customer stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for deeper platform adoption and optimization. The role also involves conducting technical workshops, assisting customers in designing scalable solutions, guiding complex technical implementations, and collaborating with customers to establish best practices and governance.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, or industrial software. Experience with APIs, system integrations, and database concepts is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills are also required. Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) are preferred.
