Technical Business Development (Model Labs)
As a Technical Business Development professional at fal, you will collaborate directly with partner companies, particularly Model Labs, to drive successful model launches, infrastructure development, and program management. Serving as the primary liaison, you will guide partners through integrating AI infrastructure, ensuring the smooth deployment and scaling of AI models. This role encompasses marketing, co-selling, technical support, and program management to foster successful partnerships and contribute to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include leading complex commercial negotiations, such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), cost models, and capacity commitments. You will develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, oversee the deployment and scaling of generative AI models, and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and product integrations. Additionally, you will lead the execution of the Model Launch Program, manage timelines and deliverables, and focus on driving revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience at an infrastructure or cloud company, with demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations, managing strategic partnerships, and driving go-to-market initiatives. Previous experience in Account Executive roles within the AI, technology, or enterprise software industries is preferred. A strong understanding of AI infrastructure, generative models, and model deployment processes is essential, along with experience in co-selling, joint marketing, and program management. Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are also crucial.
Compensation for this role includes an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $220,000 to $270,000, along with equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as regular team events and offsites.
