Technical content writer

Eurofins is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Content Writer to join our team. This role involves creating clear, concise, and user-friendly e-learning materials and technical documentation to support our diverse range of analytical testing services across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include converting over 600 e-learning courses to Articulate 360 Storyline or Rise formats, developing and maintaining high-quality technical documents such as user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and release notes. The writer will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information, translate complex technical concepts into accessible content, and ensure all documentation adheres to company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, Science, or related fields, along with proven experience as a Technical Documentation Writer. Proficiency in Articulate 360 Storyline and associated products is essential, as well as impeccable writing skills, project management experience, and familiarity with software development processes. Experience in an environmental laboratory setting is desirable but not essential.
