Technical Manager- CPA Inspection

The Technical Manager- CPA Inspection at Eurofins is a pivotal role within the company's Assurance network, focusing on identifying and mitigating risks along clients' supply chains. This position is based in Delhi and requires a professional with a strong background in textiles to lead and enhance the inspection team's capabilities.

Key responsibilities include assessing inspectors' skills and providing targeted training to meet company standards, addressing daily queries to ensure alignment with Assurance Control Book recommendations, and preparing monthly training calendars. The role also involves monitoring academy training records, conducting continuous improvement process audits, validating tools and calibration checklists monthly, managing and reducing claim levels, maintaining quality records for individual inspectors, and submitting monthly reports on continuous improvement processes to management in a timely manner.

Candidates should possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Textiles and have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in both written and spoken English, high leadership and supervisory capabilities, a result-oriented mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Hindi is also required, along with experience in claim management and conducting continuous improvement processes.
