Claros, an early-stage startup based in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of semiconductor products, including chips, advanced modules, and licensable IP, from design handoff through mass production. Claros specializes in developing advanced semiconductor power management solutions that enhance AI compute capacity, efficiency, and reliability. In this role, the Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary technical and strategic interface for key AI, Data Center, and server customers, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal engineering efforts. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end product execution, coordinating across design, validation, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, leading the development of reusable IP blocks, integrating advanced process nodes and packaging techniques, managing vendor relationships, and distilling complex technical issues into clear solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a BSEE (MSEE or PhD preferred) and have over 8 years of experience in semiconductor product development with high-volume delivery of chips, modules, and IP. A hybrid skillset encompassing product engineering, application engineering, and product management is essential. Experience with device qualification standards such as AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262, strong knowledge of semiconductor process technology, advanced packaging, DFM/DFT flows, and familiarity with structured project management processes are required. Proven abilities in reducing product costs through strategic supplier negotiations and yield improvements, as well as managing and qualifying vendors, are also necessary.
