Technical Project Manager
Vendasta is seeking a Technical Project Manager to bridge the gap between Pre-Sales and Execution teams, transforming signed contracts into deployed AI solutions. In this role, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for translating pre-sales technical scopes into formal Statements of Work, detailed project plans, resource allocations, and delivery timelines. They will enforce strict scope boundaries, manage client change requests, and serve as the central intake hub post-contract, categorizing and routing incoming work to the appropriate execution paths. Additionally, the manager will oversee client communication, track milestones, and provide weekly status reports across multi-stakeholder implementations.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in managing technical implementations, software delivery, or technical project management within B2B SaaS environments. A strong command of technical project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is essential. Exceptional skills in risk management, client communication, and scope negotiation are required. Certifications like PMP or CSM are considered assets, and experience managing delivery across partner or franchise networks is advantageous.
