Technical Support Engineer
NetDocuments is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. This role involves providing technical assistance to clients using our cloud-based content management platform, ensuring they can effectively utilize our services. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or from our Lehi, Utah office.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will become proficient in the NetDocuments suite of products, addressing customer inquiries via phone and our support portal. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing support cases from initiation to resolution, and contributing to the software development lifecycle by diagnosing and reporting issues. Additionally, you will create and edit knowledge base articles and stay updated on new releases and product enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field, or equivalent experience, along with at least two years in a technical support role. Required skills include proficiency with Windows 7-11, macOS Sierra to Big Sur, Office 2010-365, iOS/Android, command line/terminal usage, Windows Registry, and Active Directory. Experience with MS SQL, Couchbase, Citrix, REST API, SAML authentication, and tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, Splunk, and Windows administrative tools is advantageous.
NetDocuments offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000.
