Technical Trainer (AI - Legal Tech)
NetDocuments is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive product and implementation training to its Global Channel Partners, with a focus on AI capabilities and legal-specific workflows. This role is integral to enhancing partners' understanding and application of NetDocuments' solutions within legal, compliance, and professional services environments. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI Success Operations, the Technical Trainer will collaborate closely with the Partner Enablement team to design and improve course materials, ensuring they incorporate AI features and best practices relevant to the legal industry.
Key responsibilities include facilitating multi-day training programs, both virtually and onsite, across global time zones, using legal-industry contextual examples. The trainer will deliver engaging sessions that prepare partners for certification and real-world implementation, identify skill and knowledge gaps among partner teams, and recommend targeted enablement solutions, particularly around legal innovation and AI adoption. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining a recertification program that evolves with product updates and legal technology advancements.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a technical trainer or in a technical enablement role, with strong presentation skills and comfort delivering training to diverse audiences, including legal professionals. Familiarity with modern learning tools and training techniques, such as LMS platforms and performance-based assessments, is essential. Experience with enterprise cloud applications and an understanding of implementation challenges in the legal sector are required. Awareness of AI tools in legal tech and enthusiasm for staying updated with their real-world applications are also important.
The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000.
