The Technical Support position at Eurofins involves working within the company's dynamic IT support team to provide technical assistance across a range of Eurofins' laboratories and business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to technical queries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting end users both onsite and remotely. The role also involves documenting technical problems and their solutions, escalating complex issues to higher-level IT staff when needed, and participating in setup and maintenance of IT equipment for new and existing users. Maintaining system security, software updates, and assisting with IT projects are also part of the regular duties.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have at least a degree in computer science or a related field, along with previous experience in IT or technical support roles. A strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office environments, network administration basics, and troubleshooting methodologies is required. The ability to communicate clearly in both Mandarin and English, a customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving skills are essential. Relevant technical certifications will be considered a plus.
