Technical Support Lead, Trading Operations

Ridgeline is seeking a Technical Support Lead for Trading Operations to join their Dublin team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless trading operations across APAC, EMEA, and North America, particularly during U.S. overnight hours. The position involves real-time support for customers trading in these regions, as well as early-morning reconciliation and operational readiness tasks typically managed by U.S.-based teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to investigate, triage, and resolve issues in a production environment. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to contribute to the improvement and scaling of operational workflows, utilizing cutting-edge tools such as AI technologies like ChatGPT.
