Technician I

Eurofins is seeking a Technician I to join our team, focusing on pre-analytical processes within the laboratory specimen lifecycle. This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive analytical testing services across various industries, ensuring product safety and authenticity.

Key responsibilities include managing specimen collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving. The Technician I will interface with clients to resolve specimen issues, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with Quality Assurance to address client complaints. Additional duties involve supporting routine laboratory operations and adhering to regulatory and accrediting agency standards.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0–2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
