Candidates should have a background in biological sciences or health-related fields, along with training or experience in specimen collection (prélèvement). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability are essential, as well as a valid driver's license for travel between locations. Prior experience in a similar laboratory or sample collection role is highly valued, and proficiency in using electronic data recording systems is preferred.
