The position of Technischer Trainer Lackiererei & Karosseriereparatur focuses on delivering technical training for automotive painting and body repair within Auto1, a major player in the digital automotive industry. This role is part of the training and technical team, directly supporting the operational excellence of Auto1's network by ensuring high-quality skill development. In this role, the Technical Trainer is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training programs for employees specializing in paintwork and body repair. This includes preparing training materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing ongoing technical support and evaluation. Trainers regularly visit different locations to assess skill levels, standardize processes, and implement the latest techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.

Candidates should have completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, body and vehicle construction mechanic, or a similar field, supplemented by several years of practical work experience. Experience in adult education or employee instruction, ideally in the automotive sector, is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel are important, as is proficiency with digital learning tools and common office software.
