Technologist II

Eurofins is seeking a Technologist II to join our laboratory team in Boston, Massachusetts. The Technologist II will perform a variety of laboratory tests within multiple specialties, adhering to prescribed procedures. Responsibilities include operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory analyzers and equipment, preparing reagents, and conducting quality control procedures. The role also involves evaluating test results, implementing corrective actions when necessary, and ensuring compliance with laboratory regulations and safety programs.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution. A state license to perform clinical laboratory testing is required if mandated by the state. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of related experience, a solid understanding of medical technology principles, and proficiency in laboratory equipment operation. Strong communication skills and analytical thinking are essential.
