Technology Learning and Development Trainer
The Technology Learning and Development Trainer at Clifford Chance is responsible for delivering high-quality technology training to lawyers and business professionals across the One Europe region. This role involves both virtual and in-person training sessions, including group workshops, one-on-one coaching, and participation in Tech Hub engagements. The trainer will collaborate closely with the UK Technology Learning and Development Manager to ensure that training programs align with the firm's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering technology training sessions, supporting new joiner technology inductions, and creating and maintaining learning content across various formats such as eLearning modules, videos, and reference guides. The trainer will also contribute to AI and innovation initiatives, supporting experimentation and practical application of emerging technologies in learning delivery. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with regional teams to promote knowledge sharing and consistency across the One Europe region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training or coaching in a professional environment, with a strong understanding of technology applications relevant to a legal setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. A proactive approach to learning and development, coupled with a curiosity about emerging technologies, will be advantageous.
