Tenant Law Case Manager – Virtual Assistant
The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a Tenant Law Case Manager – Virtual Assistant to join their team remotely. This role is integral to the firm's California Tenant Law practice, focusing on providing comprehensive case management and client support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tenant law, with at least two years of experience in a similar legal capacity.
Key responsibilities include managing tenant law cases throughout their lifecycle, maintaining regular communication with clients, and ensuring all necessary documents and information are obtained. The role also involves assisting with client intake, case organization, and follow-up, as well as coordinating appointments and other case-related activities. Additionally, the Virtual Assistant will support attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-up with all parties involved.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of California Tenant Law terminology, procedures, and documentation, with hands-on experience handling such cases. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with proficiency in legal case management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment is crucial.
