Territory Manager - Ogden, UT (North UT)
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the Ogden, Utah area. This role involves driving sales growth, expanding implant adoption, and developing referral networks within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and sales operations teams to enhance patient access and ensure the effective implementation of therapy solutions.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting site assessments, and facilitating local payer education. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for assessing new potential accounts, driving implant growth through prompt account activation, and ensuring that commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines and effective therapy methods. Additionally, the role involves working closely with marketing and sales operations teams to refine and enhance both organic and direct-to-patient outreach programs.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these industries or three years of previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with their therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel, are required. The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines, as well as the willingness to travel within the territory, are essential.
The compensation for this position is $80,000 per year.
