Territory Manager - Philadelphia West

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Philadelphia West area to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy. This role involves introducing and promoting Inspire's FDA-approved medical device designed to reduce OSA severity in patients who cannot tolerate or benefit from CPAP therapy. The Territory Manager will be integral to the company's mission of enhancing patient outcomes through innovative sleep solutions.

The primary responsibilities include achieving sales targets, driving implant growth, and ensuring efficient patient throughput. The Territory Manager will assess and develop new accounts, coordinate commercial site assessments, and collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs. Additionally, the role involves facilitating local payer education and ensuring that commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines and effective therapy methods.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years' sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry or three years of direct experience with Inspire's therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications like PowerPoint and Excel, are required. The role also demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $80,000 USD per year.
