Territory Manager - South Bend, IN
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy in the South Bend, Indiana area. This role involves driving implant growth, managing account development, and ensuring adherence to patient selection and therapy protocols. Key responsibilities include introducing OSA therapy to the assigned sales territory, achieving sales targets, assessing new potential accounts, and driving implant growth through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput. The Territory Manager will also orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development, ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines and effective therapy methods, facilitate local payer education, and collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine outreach programs.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Alternatively, five years of sales experience in these industries or three years of previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with its therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines, and the willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, are required.
The salary for this position is $80,000 USD annually.
