Territory Sales Manager (m/w/d) - Dortmund
As a Territory Sales Manager at Wolt in Dortmund, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the region. Wolt, a technology company founded in 2014, has grown to operate in over 500 cities across 30 countries, offering delivery services for a wide range of products. In Germany, we launched in August 2020 and are now seeking dynamic field sales professionals to drive the acquisition of new restaurant partners for our platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential restaurant partners and securing sales agreements to meet our growth objectives. You will manage your own sales pipeline, build relationships with key decision-makers, and present Wolt's services effectively to restaurant managers and owners. The position requires travel within a 300 km radius, with occasional overnight stays, to develop and shape the region actively.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in sales or demonstrated sales aptitude, including experience managing the entire sales cycle. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and goal orientation are essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required, along with fluency in both German and English. A completed degree or equivalent qualification through training and professional experience is also necessary.
