Territory Sales Manager (m/w/d)
As a Territory Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Essen, Germany. Wolt, a technology company founded in 2014, has grown to operate in over 500 cities across 30 countries, offering delivery services for a wide range of products. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, further enhancing our global reach and capabilities.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and securing partnerships with local restaurants to achieve our sales objectives. You will manage your sales pipeline independently, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and present Wolt's services effectively to restaurant managers and owners. Additionally, you will be expected to travel up to 300 kilometers per day, with overnight stays as needed, to develop and nurture your designated region.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in sales or a proven track record of successful sales performance. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate and present confidently are essential. A completed degree or equivalent qualification through education and work experience is required. Fluency in both German and English is necessary to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
